We take a proactive approach in building effective risk and quality management processes. We devise a mitigation strategy during the planning phase to ensure that the team is ready to manage any potential problems with a quick turnaround. In addition to risk assessments, we also take a proactive approach towards quality assessments. Quality has to be planned into the project and consistently monitored to ensure success.
